Open Letter to Residents Concerning Water Rates and Usage (amended4/4/2013)


There is Community Garden Space available to residents of the Village of Poplar Grove. Spaces are located near the Countryside Water Tower, and can be reserved by calling Rhonda Shively at (815) 519-2450.
