Property Maintenance programs are designed to ensure that properties are maintained to the standard set forth by the Village Code.  Most frequent complaints are mowing, accessory structures in disrepair, homes damaged, storage of vehicles or parking on lawn.  The Village staff works diligently to make sure all violations are addressed.  If you see a violation and would like to discuss the matter, please give our office a call at (815) 765-3201.
